SAILING CRUISE TERMS & CONDITIONS
General Rules, Safety Guidelines & Participant Acknowledgements
By boarding and participating in the sailing cruise, passengers acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms, safety instructions, and conditions:
1. General Participation & Safety
Participants voluntarily board and participate in the sailing cruise. Passengers acknowledge that they have been informed of the onboard safety rules and the instructions of the captain and crew. It is understood that the cruise takes place in a natural marine environment and that vessel movement may occur depending on weather and sea conditions. All passengers agree to follow all safety instructions throughout the cruise.
Before or upon boarding, passengers are required to inform the company and/or crew of any known allergies, medical conditions, mobility limitations, medication requirements, or other health-related information that may be relevant to safe participation.
2. Special Categories & Participant Conditions
- Minor Children: For minor children, the accompanying parent or legal guardian confirms that they are the parent or legal guardian of the minor(s) on board. It is understood that throughout embarkation, disembarkation, time on board, swimming stops, and all other activities, the supervision and care of the minor(s) remains solely the responsibility of the accompanying parent or legal guardian. The captain and crew cannot provide individual supervision of children.
- Health, Age, or Mobility Considerations: Participants confirm that their health and physical condition allow them to participate safely. If a passenger has a medical condition, limited mobility, or requires special assistance, they must inform the company or crew prior to departure. Extra care may be required while moving around the vessel.
- Pregnancy: If a passenger is pregnant, it is required that they have consulted their doctor or gynecologist regarding participation in a sailing cruise and have received medical approval. Pregnant passengers must inform the company or crew of any relevant pregnancy-related information or assistance they may require, choosing to board and participate under their own responsibility while strictly following the captain’s and crew’s safety instructions.
3. Final Acknowledgement & Governing Law
By boarding the vessel, participants confirm that they have read and understood the information above, that any information provided to the company is accurate to the best of their knowledge, and that they are participating voluntarily and with full awareness of the nature of the activity.
For any disputes that may arise, the Greek courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
